Project Management :         From state to block level our functionaries are functioning precisely. The stage, in which our management is functioning, has a wide span. The management system has a director who looks on all activities.One project co-ordinator and asst. project co-ordinator are responsible for all projects implementing statewide. The project co-ordinators are associated with two zonal co-ordinators as our project areas are divided into two zones, one is north zone comprising the districts U/Dinajpur, Malda, Murshidabad and Birbhum, another is south zone comprising Nadia, Hooghly, North 24 parganas and South 24 parganas districts.         The two zonal co-ordinators are assisted by their concerned district co-ordinators who are managed by their Block Organizers. Block Organizers are linked with supervisors and field level social mobilizers. Thus the total management system is empowered and linked with grass root level workers. Information, plan sharing and opinion exchanging are very transparent at all levels to measure the progress of activities. Every responsible functionary is liable to inform every implementing strategy and shares it with concerned govt. authorities and people�s representatives for monitoring and evaluation of the project.
