Aila Cyclone Relief

West Bengal was hit by a devastating cyclone named AILA in May 2009. Its impact was an inexpressible loss of lives, property and crops in the coastal areas of West Bengal.

To help people rebuild, Amanat Foundation carried out relief activities at Sandeshkhali-I and II blocks of North 24 Parganas, Basanti and Goshaba Blocks of South 24 Parganas district covering more than 6000 People in Sundarbans area with financial assistance of Muslim Aid, UK.
